PLACES

My work sits at the intersection of culture, community and enterprise.

Whether developing a creative workspace, revitalising a high street, supporting a cultural organisation, or shaping a regeneration project, I bring together the practical, strategic, and creative elements needed to help places thrive.

WHAT I DO

I bridge the gap between creative communities and the spaces they need to survive. There is often a disconnect when it comes to matching property with culture.

Local authorities and landlords hold vacant buildings without a clear route to activate them, while artists and makers have the drive to create but no desire to decode complex property systems.

I work directly in that gap. Drawing on 20 years of hands-on experience turning empty spaces into creative environments, I translate property jargon into practical utility, and vice versa.

I bring both sides together to unlock long-term workspaces that work for everyone.

HOW I WORK

Because I understand both the pressures of municipal planning and the reality of grassroots creative production, my approach is split into two distinct, practical tracks.
